Help Needed: Students Waiting for Refunds from Aura Lyon Universi

During this period, we have repeatedly contacted the university and received different explanations for why the refund has not been processed. At first, we were told that the delay was because of the Christmas/New Year holiday period and that the refund would be processed within 60 working days. The 60-working-day refund period was also stated in the offer letter we received.

• More recently, we have reportedly been told that the university does not currently have enough money to process the refunds.
• This situation has created serious financial and emotional difficulties for me and my family.
• Because I have still not received the refund, I am now having to pay the bank interest on that loan, even though the money was intended for my education.
• Because of this unresolved issue with the university, I am currently unable to obtain my NOC (No Objection Certificate) to continue my studies in another country.

I have been going through a very difficult period and have experienced depression and significant emotional stress because of this situation. The prolonged uncertainty has also had a serious impact on my mental well-being. For my family, this is not simply a matter of waiting for money—it is a financial burden that continues to grow every month.
