# Responsibilities you should expect
- Own equity operations end-to-end: grant issuance, vesting, exercises, releases, share pool management, and reconciliations between the equity platform and the general ledger.
- Design and operate equity systems and workflows, including Shareworks or equivalent, and integrate them with payroll, HRIS, and financial reporting systems.
- Lead public company equity responsibilities: SEC reporting support, insider trading programs, audit readiness, and equity-related internal controls.
- Advise on complex employee, executive, and stakeholder equity matters and act as a senior escalation point.
- Manage global regulatory, tax, and compliance risk in partnership with Legal and outside advisors.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years' experience in stock plan administration with leadership in complex or high-growth environments.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in global equity programs including legal, tax, and payroll considerations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Proven experience scaling equity programs through private-to-public readiness or operating within a public company.
- CEP certification is strongly preferred.
- Strong cross-functional influence skills to work with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, and People teams.
