How it works

• How many times is a burden carried alone under the false assumption that it can be fixed through sheer willpower, when in reality it is fully out of human hands?

What to take from it

Scripture reminds us, "You do not have because you do not ask" (James 4:2). They forgot, in the middle of their terror, who was actually sitting in the boat with them. Sometimes when we find ourselves in the midst of life's storms, we forget that Jesus created the wind and the waves.
