Toggl is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a Product Tribe that builds for managers—people who plan work, protect margins, and keep projects on time and on budget. The role is remote if your main location falls between UTC-4 and UTC+4. The advertised salary is €83,000.

# Where you will contribute

You will work on Toggl 2.0, the company's effort to consolidate planning, time tracking, and time intelligence into a single product. The Tribe you join focuses on some of the most data-dense and interaction-heavy parts of that product: schedules, capacity views, reports, dashboards, and visualizations that must remain fast and readable at real customer scale.

# Technical environment and schedule

• Frontend: React and TypeScript.
• Backend: services primarily written in Golang.

• Tribe size: five other engineers (high visibility and impact).

# Primary responsibilities

• Design data and API layers so current work does not make future work harder.
• Treat performance as a feature: profile, measure, and fix slow queries and slow renders.
• Build interfaces that remain fast and accessible when datasets grow messy.
• Write maintainable code with sensible components, services, and test coverage where it matters.
• Partner with product and design: prototype early, surface edge cases, and influence UX decisions.
• Stay close to users and evidence: attend user tests, read feedback, and iterate based on real data.

• Spot and reduce duplicate work across Tribes by identifying shared components and raising them early.
