Housing will consist of seven-story buildings toward the eastern part of the site.
The Walk, which is taking shape on a roughly 13-acre site at Norwalk Boulevard and Imperial Highway, replaces surface parking and a large portion of the Civic Center's front lawn with 374 homes (including 56 affordable units), 94,000 square feet of commercial space, and a new parking garage.
