This is a combined DLC, so if you upgrade to Complete Edition you'll get Most Wanted and Echoes of Sekigahara, the new narrative expansion that will explore Atsu's past by mixing the main game's time period with flashbacks to her time on the mainland.
This adds a Beauty of Yōtei mode for ambient screensaver-like view of Ezo, you'll be able to transmog armour to have a distinct visual look while still getting to have better gear stats, and there's new high contrast accessibility options. This is a truly worthy successor to Ghost of Tsushima."
