# Admin-facing features

You can now categorize persistent highlights at the case level. Highlights in the same category share a color in the review window and appear together in the hit highlighting panel. Reviewers can navigate by highlight group or by individual highlights. Example use cases mentioned: grouping people, entities, or jargon so related hits are easier to scan.

Admins can create case-specific redaction stamps that reviewers add to redactions with a click. Stamps overlay the redaction in the review window. Reviewers may be allowed to add custom stamps. Custom stamps will be printed on produced documents and will override any default production text when included in a production.

Download/export activity is now tracked at the individual user level, showing who performed exports, when, and which documents were involved. This is described as an admin-facing audit capability.

# General review and search improvements

The list of available search terms can be collapsed by category to simplify the UI. Everlaw identified the most used Document and Review search terms to appear by default at the top. Users can drag and drop to set which terms remain visible.

Grouped result tables now show the number of child documents next to the parent row before you expand the group. This removes the need to expand a group to count children manually.

A loadfile-only download will now include all included loadfile types instead of only the.dat file, giving more flexibility for productions that require different loadfile formats.

# Performance and workflow speed Everlaw lists multiple performance improvements: batch tasks such as batch coding and adding documents to binders are reported to be 2–3x faster. Loading speed improvements are called out for the homepage, assignments page, and messaging when large dynamic assignments are present. PDF viewing speeds are also improved.
