After a backstage brawl on the September 4, 2026 episode of WWE SmackDown, Blake Monroe shared Instagram photos that show scratches on her lower back and a facial wrap following Giulia’s attack.
Monroe posted Instagram images revealing visible scratches on her lower back and a large wrap around her jaw and face after the SmackDown incident.
The confrontation began during a backstage interview and escalated into a fight that moved toward the stage and down the ramp.
Giulia ended the attack by hitting her finishing move Arrivederci, sending Monroe down the ramp and leaving her incapacitated on the floor.
One shot showed scratches across Monroe's lower back, while another showed her lying down with a large wrap around her jaw and face. The whole thing started backstage when Monroe was being interviewed in Gorilla and made it clear she still didn't think Giulia was worthy of facing her. Monroe said she deserved a bigger opponent and a grander entrance, but she didn't get much further before Giulia came flying in.Giulia blindsided Monroe and immediately turned the interview into a fight.

Monroe was left rolling around clutching her face as officials rushed in. The Instagram photos made the whole thing look even nastier afterward. At this point, WWE doesn't even need a referee for these two.
