All Persian this evening and thank goodness for nearby Syrian supermarkets for the dried limes… Next week back onto spicy Pakistani and Indian cuisine but I'm running dangerously low on Kashmiri Chillis and powder so a trip to Nîmes in on the cards to fill up the pantry.
