God, in His Word, pleads with people to awaken to Him spiritually, but He also pleads for people to use their ability to think rationally. At the risk of oversimplification, the above verse is self-explanatory without contradicting the basic Christian mandate to help those who are unable to contribute, based on legitimate, verifiable reasons.
No matter what your past sins have been, God can and WILL forgive you because He says He will. World history will confirm that socialism and communism are always the product of Godless societies and systems. God's Word tells us that the world will continue to degenerate into a humanly unrecoverable state of disaster, spiritually, economically, and in every other sphere of human endeavor.
