You can now talk to Reach through Hostinger Agent to manage contacts, segments, automations, and reports in plain language.

Reach added re-engagement automations, segment exclusions for campaigns, and form version history plus one-click WordPress embeds.

AI Builder accepts attached files and reference images (images only, up to 10 per session, about 15 MB each) and uses existing AI credit rules.

The useful part

Last week was a big one for Reach, with a whole batch of updates, plus new file and image features in AI Builder and Hostinger Ecommerce. Talk to Reach through Hostinger Agent You can now talk to Reach through Hostinger Agent. Ask in plain language and the agent handles it, all in one conversation, with no dashboards to hunt through and no API to integrate.

How it works

  • Three ready-made workflows are available: inactivity win-back, anniversary reward, and feedback request.
  • Form version history, one-click WordPress embeds, and video in the editor Version history in Reach now covers forms.
  • Every edit is saved as a version, so you can look back through a form's history, preview an earlier version, and restore it, the same way it already works for email templates.
  • It's a safety net while you iterate: trying out edits, or letting AI rework the form, never costs you a version that already worked.
  • Adding a Reach form to a WordPress site now takes a single click, with no theme file edits or manual code to paste.

What to take from it

You can create, update, and look up contacts, including custom fields, tags, and bulk operations. An automation can trigger every time a contact joins the segment, or only for new contacts joining it, and suggested segments come with pre-filled conditions to speed up setup. That's handy for sending a broad campaign to your whole list while leaving certain groups out, like VIP clients who already get separate, more tailored treatment.

Example or evidence

  • You get more precise targeting without building a new segment for every edge case.
  • Attach files and reference images in AI Builder You can now attach files to your initial prompt in hPanel, and they'll be passed through to website generation.
  • Once it's embedded, any changes you make to the form in Reach show up on your WordPress site automatically.
  • Paste a link to a YouTube or Vimeo video and Reach adds a video preview to your email template.
