Dyna.Ai, an AI-as-a-Service provider headquartered in Singapore, announced a commercial partnership with Gulf Applications (GAPP), a Saudi technology integrator. The deal was announced at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh and aims to bring Dyna.Ai's agentic AI platform into the enterprise IT environments that GAPP supports across the Kingdom.
The partners will explore implementing Dyna.Ai's enterprise agentic platform, including voice- and text-based AI agents and AI Employee solutions. The stated approach is to embed agents into day-to-day operations — for internal workflows and client-facing delivery — rather than deploying them as isolated tools.
The partnership commits to supporting applicable local data-governance requirements. That indicates deployments will be adapted to Saudi regulatory and data-control expectations rather than following a one-size-fits-all model.
Saudi Arabia designated 2026 as the Year of Artificial Intelligence under the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). The partnership positions Dyna.Ai and GAPP to meet rising demand for practical, enterprise-grade AI solutions aligned with Vision 2030 digital-economy objectives.
Carlton Liew, Dyna.Ai's chief business officer and co-founder, highlighted GAPP's local market knowledge and enterprise technology experience as reasons the partnership can identify where AI agents add measurable value while keeping disruption and risk lower. Ahmed Al Azmah, GAPP's chief operating officer, described the collaboration as a way to pair global AI technology with local integration skills to automate workflows and elevate operational standards.
The announcement is part of a broader uptick in enterprise AI activity in the Middle East. Other companies and initiatives are expanding operations or launching AI centres in Saudi Arabia, reflecting government-driven demand for AI-enabled digital infrastructure and skills development. For Dyna.Ai, the partnership is presented as an expansion step into the regional enterprise technology sector.
The immediate joint work will involve assessing organisation-specific needs and use cases, then tailoring Dyna.Ai's platform deployment into existing IT environments GAPP supports. The emphasis is on producing measurable business results while maintaining compliance with local governance.
The Dyna.Ai–GAPP partnership is a practical, integration-first effort to embed agentic AI into Saudi enterprise operations. It aligns with national AI and digital-economy priorities and relies on local system-integration capabilities to reduce deployment risk and meet governance requirements.
