I found the cafe easily enough and on one of the tables was the following poster, which I assume somehow contains a message for me (there was no one else in the cafe when I arrived):

How it works
- For my latest spy training, I have been sent to a University campus and told to go to the cafe and then decode the secret message which would tell me how to find my contact and communicate to them (in code)...
