LEGO unveils 2026 Winter Village set: Holiday House (11387)

# What this set is House (11387) is the 2026 addition to the Winter Village Collection. LEGO positions it as a seasonal décor building set for adults. The company lists 1,354 pieces and a worldwide price of $119.99/€109.99/£99.99, with availability beginning October 1, 2026.

# Overall design and exterior House aims to be a display-focused model with traditional holiday details. Key exterior features called out by LEGO include pitched roofs, a wrap-around porch, bay and cross-latticed windows, and a detailed facade decorated with a garland, golden bells and sprigs of holly. The style follows the familiar Winter Village aesthetic: compact, decorative, and intended to sit as seasonal décor.

# Interior and furnished rooms LEGO describes a cosy interior with antique-style furnishings. The set includes a fireplace, gramophone, a rotary phone and a mantel clock. Festive accessories specified are candy canes, presents and stockings, plus a pumpkin pie. The Christmas tree is a movable element and the set contains a light brick that can be switched on to glow through the windows on both floors, emphasising its role as a display piece.

# Extras and minifigures House comes with a horse-drawn sleigh, a snowman and four minifigures for creating small scenes around the house. Those extras are intended to expand the diorama beyond the building itself and provide options for arranging a vignette for display.

# Build experience and digital support This set is marketed for adults and includes 3D digital instructions in the LEGO Builder app. The app offers a Build Together mode, which LEGO promotes as a way to join with friends and family while building. The inclusion of digital instructions complements the physical manual and supports interactive building features available in the app.

# How it fits the Winter Village Collection Village releases by returning to a residential home format and seasonal display focus. The set is presented as a festive addition to the Winter Village Collection, designed to sit alongside other seasonal pieces in a display.

# Practical considerations If you are collecting Winter Village sets, this model is explicitly sized and priced for the Icons line and adult builders. The light brick and small extras make it primarily a display item rather than a play-oriented set for younger children. The digital instructions in the LEGO Builder app provide alternate ways to assemble and collaborate during the build.

# Bottom line House (11387) is a mid-range Winter Village offering for 2026: a well-detailed, furnished seasonal home with lights and display extras. It targets adult builders who want a themed décor piece that can slot into an existing Winter Village layout or stand alone on a mantel or shelf.
