Arkansas State University’s Delta Center is recruiting leaders across 17 counties for a year-long cohort that combines six day-long workshops with regional networking and applied projects.
The year-long Accelerator includes six facilitated, day-long sessions on communication, strategic planning, leadership under pressure, collaboration across backgrounds, influence and negotiation, and mentorship.
Program runs through a cohort model starting sessions in January and is organized by the Delta Center for Economic Development at Arkansas State University.

# Who can apply Applications are open to motivated professionals aged 21 and older who live or work in Northeast Arkansas and can demonstrate commitment to leadership and community impact. The application deadline is Friday, Nov. 13. Candidates will be notified in late November and the next cohort begins sessions in January.
