How it works

  • Preference will be given to junior scholars, but all scholars are welcome to attend the program and participate in the discussions.
  • If you would like to present on this topic, please email an abstract of no more than 1000 words to the chair of the section, Ben Means, at meansb@law.sc.edu, before September 25, 2026.
  • Please put "New Voices in Unincorporated Entities" in the subject line of your message.
  • Presenters will be responsible for paying their registration fee for attendance at the annual meeting.
