The Consortium for Energy Efficiency awarded five products that meet its Integrated Home Vision—energy efficiency, demand flexibility, consumer amenity, and security—after evaluating 26 entries at its annual industry meeting.
Five products won the 2026 CEE Integrated Home Competition, selected for energy efficiency, demand flexibility, consumer features, and security.
Winners include three heat pump water heaters, a connected HVAC support product, and a technician-facing connected app.
Entries were judged on usability, interoperability, and technological demonstration by a panel of CEE and industry specialists.
Award recipients embody the four tenets of the CEE Integrated Home Vision: energy efficiency, demand flexibility, consumer amenity, and security. The 2026 entries were assessed by a Judging Panel of individuals with expertise in energy efficiency, load flexibility, program administration, usability, interoperability, product installation, technology performance, and sales. The judges evaluated each of the final 26 electric and natural gas products based on usability, interoperability, and technological demonstration.
