Six Flags Fright Fest still not up to the challenge

The useful part

Fair merged to become the largest operator of regional theme parks in the United States, I was fairly confident this would work out poorly for consumers. That�s not exactly a hot take � mergers are great for shareholders and pretty terrible for everyone else. I held out hope that combining Knott�s Berry Farm and Six Flags Magic Mountain under one corporate roof could have at least one beneficiary:

How it works

• There are loads of Easter eggs referencing the history of the park and it features some of the better scenic work of any house this year.
• This maze�s biggest problem isn�t inside the maze, though, it�s figuring out how to get to it.
• We then make our way through a small town to get to the show � why?
• Fright Fest returned for 2026 with two new mazes, Wolves Blood and Final Destination:
• Trick �r Treat along with Carnage, Willoughby�s Resurrected and Vault 666.

What to take from it

We enter the gas station of a small town and hear tell of an outbreak at the latest Wolves Blood concert. If you�ve seen the film Green Room, you�ll see what Six Flags is going for here. While the plot doesn�t make much sense, there�s a lot to like about this house.
