Hotta Studio and publisher Perfect World release the 1.4 update across PC, consoles, and mobile, adding an explorable theme park, a second Porsche collaboration with new vehicles and clubhouse rewards, a playable witch who can fly, and new supernatural commissions.
Version 1.4 arrives September 30 on PC, Mac, PS5, iOS and Android and opens Pukaland as a fully explorable theme park.
Blackbird, a playable witch who can transform into a bird and fly the open world, joins the roster alongside new Anomaly Commissions and event rewards.
Pukaland contains four themed zones with attraction-specific minigames, a Wonderlog progress tracker, Puka Stars currency, and night-time fireworks events.
# What's new in Version 1.4
Neverness to Everness (NTE) Version 1.4 launches on September 30 for PC, Mac, PlayStation 5, iOS and Android. The update introduces three headline features: Pukaland, a renewed Porsche collaboration with in-game club rewards, and a new playable character named Blackbird. The update also adds several new supernatural commissions and a set of login and membership rewards.

Pukaland, a landmark long visible but previously closed off, becomes a fully explorable theme park. The park is divided into four zones, each with its own attractions and challenges. Attractions include:
Activities in the park are tracked by the Wonderlog. Playing attractions awards Puka Stars, which can be exchanged for souvenirs and items. Familiar NPCs appear throughout the park and fireworks occur at Pukatopia Castle at night. The update warns that anomalies can disturb a day at the park, so some visits may lead into supernatural incidents.

Version 1.4 adds new Anomaly Commissions to Hethereau. Examples in the announcement include waiting for a Ghost Bus with unusual passengers, searching a dream for hidden anomalies while avoiding monsters, and investigations where everyday objects grow enormous. These commissions become permanent additions to the city.
Players also receive version-specific gifts: a seven-day Circle Gifts login event grants 20 Solid Dice for Limited Boards plus a special Version 1.4 gift. The Puka Membership Program unlocks at City Tycoon Level 16 and includes rewards such as S-Class selection boxes and other membership items.

Neverness to Everness is available on PC (Standalone, Epic, Steam), Apple platforms (iOS, macOS, iPadOS), Android and PS5. Version 1.4 deploys to all supported platforms on September 30.
