The benefits of quantum technology could hit the mainstream sooner than you think—at least that's what one company is aiming for. The products aren't "that futuristic." Quantum is usually discussed as being able to one day break encryption and help discover new drugs. Qunnect is betting that commercial quantum technologies for telecommunications networks could be ready sooner rather than later, according to newly released research.
