Where to Find the Best Food at the South Plains Fair (Lubbock) — 2026 Guide

I believe I got a photo of every local food booth this year, if you want to plan ahead for your culinary adventure. For many nonprofits, this is the only fundraising they do all year long, and because of West Texas's incredible support, it's enough to fuel their missions.

How it works

• Charitable groups use the Fair as a major fundraising time, and on average over $750,000 is raised during the Fair's run.
• My favorite booth I tried on Preview Night was new to me: the Harvest Christian Fellowships mini pancakes booth was incredible!
• The pancakes were fluffy and hot, and the berry topping I chose was the perfect amount of sweet and rich.
• Be Ready For A Line At Some Popular Booths Some booths keep a pretty long line most of the time, but those booths are experts on getting folks through, too.
• A little patience and being ready with your order and your payment will make the experience a lot more enjoyable.
