Buci was founded in 2022 by Nousseima Baraket after a Kickstarter-funded debut collection called Garde-temps.
Baraket draws on her upbringing in Franche-Comté, Tunisian family roots, and years living in Paris to shape a literary, poetry-forward design language.
Early collaborations—most notably with seconde/seconde/—and the Nouvelle collection continue Buci’s focus on watches that reference writing and the act of creation.
