After four and a half years on NXT and a stint in AAA, former NXT Women’s Champion Lola Vice described her promotion to Monday Night Raw as surreal and credited her developmental time for preparing her physically and mentally.

She told Busted Open that she still feels the move to Monday Night Raw "doesn't feel real," but believes her time in NXT and AAA made her ready.
Vice left NXT and AAA in August ahead of her main roster call-up and opened her Raw run by winning a Money in the Bank qualifying match.
Vice framed the promotion not as an overnight leap but as the result of sustained work. She spent roughly four and a half years on NXT and spent time in AAA, and she said those experiences allowed her to develop her in-ring character and gain the experience she needed to be ready for Raw.
On Busted Open, Vice said, "Yeah, I mean, it just still doesn't feel real to me. But I grounded myself because I spent four and a half years in NXT, and I feel like I earned it." She described the moment of stepping onto Raw and pausing to take it in: "I just stood for a second, and I was like, 'Wow, I'm on Monday Night Raw. I can't believe this.'"
She reiterated confidence in her readiness: she believed the timing of the move suited her mentally and physically, and that NXT and AAA were necessary developmental stops to shape her character and skill set.
Vice exited both AAA and NXT in August in anticipation of the call-up. Her first notable match on the main roster came in a Money in the Bank qualifying bout, where she defeated Raquel Rodriguez and Kelani Jordan to advance. That win provided momentum and marked a strong opening night for her Raw tenure.
Vice is a former MMA athlete who transitioned into professional wrestling. She rose through NXT, where she established herself as a top competitor and held the NXT Women's Championship during her run. The combination of combat-sports background, time in NXT, and experience in AAA informs how she presents herself on the main roster.
