On September 28, 2026, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada invited 733 Express Entry candidates with provincial nominations to apply for permanent residence. Candidates needed a CRS score of at least 725 and to have created their profile before Sept. 17, 2026 at 1:36 a.m. UTC.
This was the largest Express Entry round for provincial nominees since late June 2026 and brought Canada’s year-to-date Express Entry draw count to 57.
Candidates in Canada who have applied through Express Entry may be eligible for a Bridging Open Work Permit to maintain work status while their PR application is processed.
