Useful takeaways from this story.

The blend combines three regional straight bourbons: 42% Kentucky (7 years), 36% Indiana (9 years), and 22% Tennessee (7 years), producing tasting notes the brand lists as caramel, cherry, maple syrup and cinnamon.

The release continues Duck Club Bourbon’s multi‑year Proud Partner relationship with Ducks Unlimited and is available in limited quantities online and at select retailers.

  • 36% Indiana straight bourbon aged nine years
  • 22% Tennessee straight bourbon aged seven years

Duck Club provides official tasting notes: the nose shows caramel, cream, cherry, maple syrup, and cinnamon. On the palate, the bourbon reportedly delivers caramel, brown sugar, cherry, cinnamon, and saddle leather, finishing with buttery vanilla cream, cinnamon, and spiced fruit.

Duck Club Bourbon is the official bourbon of Ducks Unlimited and has maintained a Proud Partner relationship with the conservation organization for at least three years. Ducks Unlimited was founded in 1937 and, according to the organization, has conserved more than 20 million acres of wetland, grassland, and other critical habitat across North America.

Riley Green, the country music artist and co-founder of Duck Club Bourbon, commented that the release has personal significance because of his outdoor background: "Being outdoors and spending time in the woods and on the water has always been a big part of my life, so being able to create something that gives back to the places and wildlife we care about means a lot to me." Green added that the bourbon was intended as something to enjoy with friends after a day outside while also giving back.

Ducks Unlimited chief executive Adam Putnam framed the release in terms of sustaining outdoor traditions: "Every bottle helps support Ducks Unlimited's mission to conserve and restore these special places, ensuring future generations can enjoy the same traditions, wildlife, and natural beauty that mean so much to all of us." Morningside Brands CEO McCauley Williams described the tie-up as "an honor."

Duck Club Bourbon – Wetlands is offered in limited quantities and can be found online and at select retailers. The release is presented as the inaugural bottling in Duck Club's conservation series, tying the product launch directly to fundraising for habitat restoration.

This launch links a branded bourbon release with a conservation fundraising model that channels retail proceeds to an established habitat organization. For consumers who prioritize cause‑aligned purchases, Wetlands provides a clearly stated charitable connection along with a specified blend profile and tasting notes. The product also reinforces Duck Club's existing partnership with Ducks Unlimited rather than initiating a one‑off collaboration.
