From 15 December 2026 Etihad will operate 14 weekly return flights between Abu Dhabi and Sydney, switching all Sydney services to the Airbus A350-1000 to increase premium and overall capacity.
All Sydney services will use Airbus A350-1000 aircraft, replacing Boeing 777-300ER and older 787-9 aircraft on the route.
Etihad continues to offer the Abu Dhabi Stopover programme, extended to include Al Ain, with complimentary one- or two-night hotel stays.
