# GoodNews Daily — 30 September 2026: Take Charge!

Scripture: Romans 8:37 (KJV) — "Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us."

This GoodNews Daily entry by pastors Uebert and Bebe Angel presents Christian victory as an established status, not a future prize to be earned. The devotional argues that what Jesus accomplished—His death, burial, and resurrection—already placed believers in a position of dominion. The central instruction is simple: stop living like defeat is possible and start exercising the authority you have been given.

The authors contrast two attitudes. One is a long face, depression, or dejection when circumstances go bad. The other is an active posture of rulership: ''take charge and rise above circumstances.'' The piece emphasizes that believers are seated at the right hand of God and therefore occupy a place of power where Satan, failure, sickness, poverty, and death are described as being under their feet.

Practical steps in the devotional are minimalist and declarative. First, recognize victory as a present reality rather than a future hope. Second, use the Name of Jesus to alter events and enforce that reality in everyday situations—phone calls, meetings, health challenges, finances, and other pressures. Third, adopt an identity-driven mindset: because you are "more than a conqueror," your responses should reflect that status.

The devotional includes a short prophetic declaration for personal use: "Today I rise above anything that was holding me back. I am MORE than a conqueror, that makes me untouchable, invincible and 'unkillable' in Jesus Name. Hallelujah!" Readers are invited to speak this aloud as a daily reinforcement of the message.

If you prefer devotionals that pair a concise biblical claim with an equally concise practice, this entry fits that format. It does not provide detailed steps for long-term spiritual growth, but it does supply a clear theological stance and a simple daily application to alter mindset and language in the face of adversity.
