# What's new at Ruby Slipper this fall
Ruby Slipper's fall menu launched Sept. 30 at participating locations with three practical aims: introduce a savory pumpkin pasta, extend a popular lunch item, and add weekday value for morning guests. The rollout mixes a new entrée, extended limited-time items and several pumpkin-themed sweets and drinks.
Pumpkin Ravioli: first pasta dish
The headline item is Pumpkin Ravioli—Ruby Slipper's first pasta offering. It pairs cheese ravioli tossed in a creamy pumpkin sauce with bacon and Parmesan, finished with roasted pepitas for crunch. The menu price is $16.50.
Patty Melt stays on
The Patty Melt, which earned strong demand in September, remains on the limited-time menu at $15. It's a double smashed beef patty layered with American and pepper jack cheeses, caramelized onion and remoulade, griddled on sourdough.
New weekday breakfast special
- Sunrise Standard: two eggs any style
- Choice of bacon, pork sausage or chicken sausage
- One buttermilk pancake and fruit
- A hot or iced coffee
Chef Marla Chua, culinary director for Ruby Slipper, framed the offering as a way to give guests more reasons to visit during the week and to build on familiar favorites while trying something different.
Pumpkin sweets and drinks
Pumpkin is prominent across the sweet and beverage lineup:
- Pumpkin Praline Beignets ($7.25): warm beignets topped with pumpkin mascarpone and pecan praline sauce, finished with raspberry pomegranate coulis.
- Pumpkin Bread Pudding Pancakes ($12.50): pancakes topped with spiced pecan praline sauce and whipped pumpkin mascarpone.
- Pumpkin Spice Latte ($6.50): espresso with pumpkin spice syrup, milk and whipped cream.
- Pumpkin Cream Chai Latte ($6.50): chai tea with milk and cream, topped with pumpkin-infused cold foam.
- Whipped Raspberry Pomegranate Mimosa ($10): raspberry and pomegranate purée with lemon, coconut and sparkling wine, topped with cold foam (a seasonal bubbly cocktail option).
Chef Chua noted that pumpkin can work in both sweet and savory contexts, which is the rationale behind offering pumpkin in a pasta dish as well as desserts and drinks.
Availability and other details
The fall menu items are available beginning Sept. 30 at participating Ruby Slipper locations while supplies last. The brand encourages guests to check RubyBrunch.com or its social channels for updates and to use the Ruby Bennies loyalty app for points, rewards and ordering.
Practical implications for diners
If you visit midweek mornings, the $10 Rise & Ruby Sunrise Special provides a full breakfast with coffee at a lower price point than ordering items separately. If you come for lunch or brunch and want to try a seasonal twist, the Pumpkin Ravioli offers a savory pumpkin option at a moderate entrée price. Fans of the Patty Melt can expect it to remain available as part of the limited-time lineup.
