Bad Daddy’s launches The Deli Stackhouse burger for October

Bad Daddy's Burger Bar is offering The Deli Stackhouse as its October Big Bad Monthly Drop. The release runs Oct. 1–31 and adapts classic deli sandwich ingredients into an overbuilt burger format, served on a pressed brioche bun.

The Deli Stackhouse layers deli flavors across multiple elements rather than relying on a single highlight. The stack begins with deli mustard under a smash-pattied beef layer topped with melted Swiss. Hot pastrami is added next with a second layer of Swiss. Sauerkraut and Russian dressing finish the build.

The burger combines salty, savory and tangy elements typical of a deli sandwich. The smash patty provides a seared beef base, Swiss acts as a melty bridge between beef and pastrami, and sauerkraut plus Russian dressing introduce acidity and creaminess to cut through richness. Bad Daddy's culinary director John Masterson is quoted describing the sandwich as a way to bring classic deli flavors into the brand's lineup and calling it a "hearty burger with plenty going on."

Oct. 1 through Oct. 31. Bad Daddy's is promoting $6 tall cider pairings: Schilling Moon Berries Cider in Colorado and North Carolina, and Angry Orchard tall ciders in the brand's other markets. The promotion aligns with National Cider Month.
