With less than two months to go, FS Conference 2026 has published its first round of confirmed exhibitors.

How it works

• The early list already says a fair bit about the kind of show Paderborn is shaping up to be: hardware-friendly, community-driven and, most important for many visitors, free to attend.
• The hardware maker was among the names that drew visitors to the 2024 edition, and it remains one of the more recognizable brands on the show floor.
• The confirmed exhibitors so far are Aerosoft, AirWürttemberg, Flugsimulator Rostock, Frisian Flyers (Friesen Flieger) and the IVAO network.
• Several of those names haven't been confirmed for 2026 yet, and Aerosoft says more exhibitors will follow over the coming weeks.
• Visitors could also book guided tours of the airport, while MobiFlight ran a hands-on workshop where participants built a multifunction panel to take home.

What to take from it

Its roots go back to the Flugsimulator Konferenz, which Aerosoft launched in 2002 and which moved between German airports every year before continuing under the FS Conference name. That's the same pairing at the top of last year's sponsor list, when OnAir and Virtual Airline Systems joined them at gold level. Navigraph is listed as a "visitor," so expect team members walking the floor rather than a full stand.
