Packed Grandstand Ushers in New Era of Racing in Kansas
Horse racing returned to Kansas Oct. 17 as Eureka Downs welcomed more than 2,000 spectators on a picture-perfect day. By the end of the 10-race card, stakeholders were optimistic for the state's future.
