Why Does Microsoft Pay Its Canadian H-1Bs more than Its Chinese H-1Bs?
Maybe Microsoft can explain why the median wage of their Canadian H-1B software developers is $16,000 more than the median wage of their Chinese H-1B software developers. Clearly age does not explain the difference.
