The 416-room oceanfront property in Cancun’s Puerta del Mar community has relaunched under Hyatt Vivid Hotels & Resorts as an adults-only, all-inclusive resort focused on flexible experiences, local programming and wellness.
The former Dreams Vista Cancun reopened as Hyatt Vivid Cancun, a 416-room, adults-only, all-inclusive resort within Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection.
Resort features: seven restaurants, seven bars, three pools, two surf pools, pickleball and padel courts, spa with locally inspired treatments, and access to an adjacent 18-hole golf course.
Event capacity includes 12,800 sq ft of indoor/outdoor space with oceanfront palapas for up to 300 guests.
Hyatt Vivid Cancun replaces the former Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort. The property is adults-only and all-inclusive, positioned in Cancun's Puerta del Mar community with views of the Caribbean Sea and Puerto Cancun marina. It joins Hyatt's Inclusive Collection and emphasizes flexible, experience-driven stays with locally inspired programming and wellness offerings.
The resort has 416 rooms, all with ocean views. Guests seeking an elevated experience can book Vantage Club accommodations. Vantage Club benefits include premium room categories, access to a private lounge, dedicated concierge service, exclusive dining experiences and enhanced amenities.

Cancun provides hydrotherapy, massages and facials. Treatments use locally inspired ingredients such as cacao, coconut and papaya. Outdoor and active amenities include three pools (Sky Pool, Relax Pool and Vivid Pool), two surf pools, pickleball and padel courts. The resort has preferred access to an adjacent 18-hole golf course designed by Tom Weiskopf.
For groups and weddings, the resort offers 12,800 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space. Configurations include a ballroom, five meeting rooms and five breakout rooms. Two oceanfront palapas expand event capacity: the Ocean Deck Palapa holds up to 120 guests and the Vivid Ocean Front Palapa can accommodate up to 300 guests.
Every stay includes unlimited access to gourmet à la carte dining, 24-hour dining options, unlimited international and domestic top-shelf spirits, and unlimited natural fruit juices and soft drinks. Additional included services are a fully stocked in-room minibar, daily housekeeping, complimentary Wi-Fi, concierge service and pool and beach waitstaff service.
