Sony and LEGO teamed up to produce an official LEGO replica of the original PlayStation console. The build aims for a near full-size presentation of the 1994 system rather than a small-scale toy. The model includes usable display elements: a working Power button and an Open button for the disc cover. These functions are ornamental rather than functional for gaming. The set goes on sale through PlayStation Direct on October 1, 2026. LEGO Insiders will have early access on that same date. A wider release through LEGO retail channels begins on October 4, 2026. The announced retail price is $180.
