Source, backed by SSE and TotalEnergies, has added a points-for-kWh rewards programme for fleet and private hire drivers across its UK hubs, built with PowerGoodies.

Fleets link existing charging cards (SourceConnect RFID, fleet cards, roaming partner cards) to the free PowerGoodies app and collect points automatically.
PowerGoodies brings its first UK partnership after operating similar schemes in the Netherlands and Belgium.
# What Source Rewards is
Source has launched Source Rewards, a driver-focused loyalty programme that gives fleet and private hire drivers points for energy they charge at Source ultra-rapid hubs. The scheme is built with PowerGoodies, a rewards platform already active with charging networks in Belgium and the Netherlands.
# How the scheme works
Drivers earn two points for each kilowatt-hour charged at a Source hub. Points accumulate when a driver links their existing charging card to the free PowerGoodies app. Supported cards include SourceConnect RFID, a fleet card, or a roaming partner card. Once a card is connected, points are added automatically — there's no change to how drivers access Source chargers.
Source estimates drivers can collect roughly enough points for a £5 voucher after about 15 charging sessions, depending on how much energy is used per session. Points can be redeemed for vouchers covering supermarkets, food, fashion and leisure. Participating brands listed at launch include Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Costa Coffee and Uber.
# Who this helps
The programme targets high-mileage operators and private hire drivers for whom regular ultra-rapid public charging is part of daily operations. For fleets that already use Source chargers, the rewards add a recurring, non-fare financial benefit to charging visits, alongside the charging speed and location advantages Source advertises.
# PowerGoodies partnership
PowerGoodies supplies the rewards platform and this represents its first UK partnership. The company has previously operated similar schemes in the Netherlands and Belgium. PowerGoodies' CEO described the aim as making public charging more valuable for drivers by giving something back for each charge.
# Practical steps for fleets and drivers
# What this does and doesn't change
The programme does not change Source's charging access method or hardware. It layers a rewards incentive on top of the existing offering: ultra-rapid charge sessions, route-aligned hub locations, and driver support. The announcement does not include changes to pricing, charging tariffs, or technical charger performance claims beyond the existing network descriptions.
