HighRadius is hiring an Enterprise Account Manager (also called Digital Transformation Advisor) to join its Expansion Sales team and manage enterprise accounts in the U.S. Northeast. The role pairs account management and consultative selling: you will work with CFOs and finance leaders to build business cases and roadmaps for finance transformation using HighRadius solutions.
This is a strategic field-based position. Candidates must maintain their primary residence in the Northeast states (New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire). The role requires regular travel to customer sites and attendance at industry events such as user groups, trade shows, and conferences, with travel up to 50% cited.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of existing HighRadius customers, focusing on identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Develop executive-level relationships to drive product adoption and high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct assessments to identify customer pain points and create roadmaps and business cases for finance transformation.
- Achieve consistent monthly sales targets and manage forecasting by following HighRadius's sales process and playbook.
- Coordinate with internal teams (CSM, solution engineering, marketing, others) to drive outcomes and execute account plans.
- Represent HighRadius in-person at client sites and industry events to nurture existing relationships and find expansion opportunities.

- At least 8 years of experience in SaaS or technology account management, with a track record of managing complex accounts and sales cycles.
