Chubb elevated a senior leader to drive growth across its Marketplace and API-enabled channels for independent agents placing small commercial business.

Jennifer Burnham is SVP and digital distribution and revenue officer for Chubb North America small and lower midmarket.
Her remit covers Chubb’s Marketplace platform and API-enabled assets used by independent agents to quote, bind, and service small commercial accounts.
Burnham brings about two decades of commercial P&C experience, including 15 years at The Hartford and a recent senior role at Great American.
Robert Poliseno, division president of Chubb North America small and lower midmarket, confirmed the appointment via LinkedIn. Burnham will lead performance and growth across Chubb's digital and field distribution channels. Her mandate covers expanding the carrier's Marketplace platform and API-enabled assets.
Burnham also held roles in alternative risk at The Hartford, including management of group and agency captives and senior program management of wrap-up construction programs. She holds a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) credential. Deep roots in commercial P&C Burnham brings two decades of commercial P&C experience spanning underwriting, program management, and digital distribution.
She also served as regional director of small commercial underwriting. In 2021, Insurance Business America named her to its Elite Women list. Chubb's investment in small commercial digital distribution dates to 2018, when the carrier launched the Marketplace platform for independent agents.
