ITI Digital is hiring a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary relationship owner for a defined portfolio of clients that use its Digital Experience Platform (DXP) and managed destination websites. The portfolio includes Destination Management Organizations (DMOs), regional tourism boards, chambers of commerce, parks & recreation departments, government agencies, and economic development organizations.
This is a hands-on, client-facing job. The manager will run onboarding calls, lead demos, manage ongoing engagement, track product adoption, and drive renewals. The role also gives day-to-day direction to a small team of Client Success Specialists while personally owning a core book of accounts.
The company has operated for over 30 years building tools for destination marketing and public-sector clients. Its DXP integrates with existing CMS systems to automate real-time content such as events, business listings, and trip planning. ITI Digital serves more than 200 destinations and reports a 95% client renewal rate.
- Sales-to-CS handoff and CRM stewardship: maintain accurate CRM records, manage client lifecycle stages and health scores, configure the client management platform, and run periodic data reviews. Act as the internal CS contact for platform configuration and best practices.
- New client onboarding ownership: guide new clients through a milestone-driven onboarding process including kickoff calls, clarifying scope and timelines, coordinating with implementation and technical teams, tailoring product demos to client workflows, and delivering an end-of-onboarding notification plus satisfaction survey.
- Subscription engagement and product adoption: own an assigned portfolio across full subscription terms, set check-in cadences by tier and account health, connect product features to client outcomes (visitor metrics, grant reporting, economic development KPIs), and lead renewal conversations.
- Internal advocacy and process refinement: surface client needs into product and strategy discussions and contribute to improving playbooks and operational processes.
Understanding public‑sector operational realities is important: board reporting cycles, grant-funded budgets, fiscal year planning, and multi-stakeholder decision-making are called out as context the successful candidate should translate into consultative account management.
This is explicitly not a removed management position. ITI Digital describes the Client Success Manager as hands-on and collaborative, personally running client engagements rather than delegating them entirely.
If you have destination or public-sector digital experience and prefer tactical client work—onboarding, adoption, and renewals—this role centralizes those responsibilities while allowing you to influence product and process. The role combines direct account ownership with light team leadership and internal cross-functional advocacy.
